British actor Charlie Rowe, best known for his roles in films Never Let Me Go, The Golden Compass and The Boat That Rocked, has signed to United Talent Agency, where he's to be rep'd by Billy Lazarus.
He joins a roster including Benedict Cumberbatch, David Tennant and Juno Temple.
